Managing Your Subscription

You can manage all subscription settings from the Billing page in your dashboard.

Upgrading Your Plan

When it applies: Immediately after purchase.

Any unused balance from your previous plan does not carry over and is not credited toward the new plan.

Downgrading Your Plan

When it applies: At the end of your current billing cycle.

During the transition: You retain your current limits until the next billing cycle begins.

Canceling Your Subscription

How to cancel

• Go to the Billing page

• Click Cancel Subscription

• Select your reason for canceling (your feedback helps us improve)

• Confirm the cancellation

• You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle

• You can continue using the service during this period

• No further charges will be applied
